If you have never trained before, we recommend starting with an Intro to BJJ Class

This class is a complimentary introductory class to help you learn the basic Jiu Jitsu movements, key concepts and self-defence basics before you jump in your first class.

For the best experience, book in your Intro to BJJ Class and followed by a Foundation BJJ or Fundamental BJJ class so you can apply what you have learnt in a normal class.

After your Intro to BJJ Class, our Foundation and Fundamental BJJ classes are most suitable for you as we focus a lot more on the basics and key details to execute a technique well.

You can also join our Muay Thai classes as well, which are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.

For kids under 14, please feel welcome to book in a class that is most suitable for you and your child.

Our classes have broken into 4 age groups:

• Tiny Ones (age 3-4)

• Kids 1 (age 5-7)

• Kids 2 (age 8-12)

• Teens (age 13+)

Teenagers have access to full Adults’ timetable at no extra cost.
