Brazilian Jiu jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai and Judo In Sydney
We have classes 6 days a week for adults and kids, from 6am, lunch classes, evening classes to weekend classes.
How long does each class run for?
Adult classes - 60 minutes
Kids classes (age 5-15) - 45 minutes
Tiny Ones (age 3-4) - 30 minutes
Foundation Class
20 weeks of slow-paced and easy-to-follow classes to help develop the basic understanding and concept of BJJ.
No prior experience required. Adults only.
Pre-requisite: Introduction to BJJ Class

2–3 times a week is a great starting point for most people. We always recommend 2-3 times per week to start until you have build the consistency and fitness and you may consider adding more days to your training routine after.

Yes, we Muay Thai/Striking classes are designed for all levels. Complete beginners are welcome and will be guided and supported by our coaches step by step so you develop strong basics and habits from day 1.
